Laughter Yoga for Fun and Fitness
Come join others in a session of hearty laughter and fun. Laughter is an amazing way to relieve stress, elevate your mood and boost your immune system! No experience or equipment is necessary. Accessible to all, laughter yoga uses a series of laughter activities, breath and clapping led by instructor Cardin Martin to help you tap into your natural state of joy and well-being.
