Healthy Food for a Limited Budget
We all have an idea what we should eat but struggle to get it on the table. With some organization we will build a pantry list and then explore several recipes that are delicious and inexpensive. Creating preparing habit during our cooking time helps us plan meals for the week and do much of the work in two or three blocks a week or even in our sleep or while we work with a slow cooker.
