Gentle Yoga to Sooth and Ground the Body, Mind and Emotions
Starting with simple joint range of motions to get the lymphatic system moving. Continuing with simple movements synchronized with the breath. Poses will be modified so that all bodies can perform this sequence with ease. Finishing with a short grounding meditation on the breath.
